- Resuming correspondence with partners to review the project implementation plan at the start of the courses.
- Information at the first meeting of the Teaching Council, School Board, Parents’ Representative Council, and classroom meetings with students and parents on the project approval and content of the application form.
- Developing two Erasmus + banners and displaying them in the entrance hall in order to disseminate information about the project.
- Drawing up and applying the selection procedure needed to train the project teams. Among the proposed criteria, we mention:
- interest in the field of environmental education;
- documenting, selecting and organizing information skills;
- communication skills in English;
- competences in the use of ICT;
- responsibility for the tasks they will assume in the project;
- spirit of initiative and willingness to work in a team.
- Evaluation of the submitted files: 9 teachers and 34 students from the gymnasium classes.
- Validation of the teams in the Management Board: management – 4 teachers and the financial manager and implementation – 9 teachers; 15 students. School leadership issued the relevant decision.
- Distribute the content of the project and establish the responsibilities of all members of the project teams (teachers and pupils).
- Review the implementation plan for the 2018-2019 school year, with activities, responsibilities and deadlines.
- Achievement of the “Sea – from legend to art” optional course and optional course support for V-class students, at the proposal of the Romanian professor, Lenuţa Ştefan.
- Introducing the theme of the project in school curriculum, at different school subjects;
- Making multimedia materials about Romania, Dobrogea, Medgidia and our school and posting them in the virtual environment;
- Enrolling the project on the eTwinning platform and organizing a twinspace to promote the project, to which they were invited to become members, pupils, parents and teachers from our unit or partner schools, facilitating access to information about the activities carried out;
- Drawing up the project map, as required by ANPCDEFP.
- Record the ways of carrying out the activities in the minutes.
